Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. 

To provide every client with the highest level of care and to keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more after their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the appointment may be forfeited, and a $75 no-show fee will be charged.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. We also have Afterpay as a finance option for treatments.

Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. 

Gift cards and Gift certificates are treated the same as cash.  Please keep your gift card/gift certificate in a safe place. If a gift card/gift certificate is lost, stolen, or misplaced, it cannot be replaced, recovered, refunded, or reissued. Lotus Noir Spa & Wellness is unable to locate or verify lost gift cards/gift certificates, and the remaining balance will not be transferred to a new card.

By purchasing or using a gift card/gift certificate, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

To maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment for all of our clients, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment. For the safety of children and to ensure comfort and privacy of all clients, we are unable to accommodate children in the treatment room or waiting area during appointments.
